Las Olas Beach Club at Esterillos Oeste Beach, Costa Rica

Pictured below is the newly redesigned Beach Club that consists of 66 condo/hotel time-share units. There are 18 units that are 1,600 square ft. and are right on the beach. There are also 48 units that are 650 square ft. that are behind the beach front units. It will also include a bar and grill, meeting room, restaurants, snack shop, gym, spa and commercial space.

These units will be offered as time-share ownership. The 48 units with 650 square ft. will be sold in 1 week time-shares for 50 time-shares per year. This equals 2400 time share-sales. (48x50=2400) The 18 larger units will equal 900 time-share ownerships (18x50=900 time-share) These units are beautiful, however, the main attraction in the Las Olas Becah Club Community is of course the Beach.
